Finotive Funding

If you’re looking to get started with a prop firm, Finotive Funding is one of the newer firms worth a closer look. They offer a few different funding models to suit beginners, intermediate traders, and those looking for instant capital.

In this post, we’ll walk through their 10K account options, pricing, and requirements — and highlight which account might be best for you.

Step 1: Challenge Accounts (Evaluation-Based)

Finotive Funding offers two-stage and one-stage evaluation accounts.

(prices correct at the time of recording the video review)

Two-Stage Evaluation (10K Account)

  • Price: $51.80
  • Daily Drawdown: 5%
  • Maximum Drawdown: 10%
  • Profit Target:
    • Phase 1 → 7.5%
    • Phase 2 → 5%

This is a traditional evaluation model: pass two phases to get funded. The targets are reasonable, and the drawdown is generous, giving you room to trade without excessive risk pressure.

One-Stage Evaluation (10K Account)

  • Price: $69.30
  • Daily Drawdown: 4%
  • Maximum Drawdown: 8%
  • Profit Target: Slightly higher than the two-stage, as expected, since you skip a phase.

This is ideal if you don’t want to go through both stages. It’s faster to funding, and the price is still very reasonable for a 10K account.

Step 2: Instant Funding Accounts

For traders who don’t want to complete an evaluation, Finotive also offers instant funding — real capital from day one. You pay more up front, but you’re immediately trading funded capital.

Two versions are available: Standard and Aggressive.

Instant Funding – Standard (10K)

  • Price: $223.30
  • Daily Drawdown: 3.5%
  • Maximum Drawdown: 7%
  • Profit Split: 60% (lower than evaluation models)

Instant Funding – Aggressive (10K)

  • Price: $490
  • Drawdown Limits: Higher than Standard, giving you more breathing room.

This option is designed for experienced traders who want both capital and flexibility without completing a challenge.

Which Account Should You Choose?

For most traders — especially beginners and intermediates — the evaluation accounts are the best value.

  • The 10K one-stage challenge for $69 is an excellent deal: fair targets, reasonable drawdown, and fast access to a funded account.
  • If you prefer more room and lower targets, the two-stage challenge offers 10% max drawdown with manageable profit targets (7.5% then 5%).

Instant funding is available if you don’t want to do a challenge — but the costs are much higher, and the profit split is lower.

We bought a 10K one step account to try out.

Final Thoughts

Finotive Funding is a solid prop firm with flexible account structures. Whether you want to work through a traditional evaluation or skip the challenge entirely, there’s an option that fits most trading styles and budgets.

For my own trading, I’m starting with the 10K one-stage account — great value, fair rules, and a straightforward path to funding.

Stay tuned for updates as I trade this account and share results in future posts!
